Hi, I’m Mike Parr, the man behind Coastal Web Marketing. You might call me a computer geek or computer expert – your choice. I have worked in the computer field since 1979 and have repaired equipment, from small computers to supercomputers and their associated peripherals. Since 1991, I have been self-employed and have had a customer base that stretches from one employee to thousands of employees. I mostly trained individuals and corporate employees on how to use computers and software. I also had contracts with Government facilities in technical support and training. I opened my first office in Bel Air, Maryland, in 1993.

In 1997, I co-owned a business where we were one of the first in Maryland to offer website design and SEO services. We trained the Harford County public school teachers to use the Internet with a focus on helping teachers teach their students. We also provided Internet to the school system, website hosting, and Dial-up service to over 3000 individuals and businesses. Our service area was Harford County, Southern PA, and Cecil County.

In 2007, I founded Coastal Web Marketing (then known as MParr Solutions, inc.) Our goal then and today is to help small business owners create an online presence and be found on the Internet. We have built hundreds of websites and helped businesses increase their revenue. With a staff of 10 highly-skilled team members, we can provide quality SEO Services and SEO-ready website design services in a reasonable time frame. We strive to be one of the most respected SEO Services companies. Not the biggest but the best in service in the small businesses arena.
